Flower City Littles is a Rochester-based childcare and family support service rooted in care, connection, and community. Founded with over 6 years of professional childcare experience across daycares, schools, and autism support settings, Flower City Littles provides calm, compassionate, and neurodivergent-informed support for children ages 2–12 and their families. Our goal is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel understood and parents feel genuinely supported.
We proudly offer neurodivergent-informed childcare, Mother’s Helper support for expecting and postpartum moms, Parents Night Out services, and event childcare for weddings and celebrations. At Flower City Littles, we believe childcare is more than supervision — it’s about building trust, supporting families through busy seasons, and creating positive experiences that help both children and parents thrive.

Hi, I'm Marena
Flower City Littles was created from a place very close to my heart. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children in daycares, schools, and clinical settings supporting children with autism and other neurodivergent needs. Through every classroom, therapy room, and family interaction, one thing always stood out to me: children thrive most when they feel safe, understood, supported, and genuinely cared for and parents need that same support too.
I started Flower City Littles because I wanted to create the kind of childcare experience that feels calming, compassionate, and deeply human. I know how overwhelming parenthood can feel, especially during busy seasons like pregnancy, postpartum, navigating neurodivergence, or simply trying to juggle everyday life. I wanted families to have someone they could trust not only to care for their children, but to support their home with patience, warmth, flexibility, and understanding. My goal is for every child to feel comfortable being exactly who they are, and for every parent to feel a little lighter, a little more supported, and a little less alone after working with Flower City Littles.
